S.x Devil's Armpit first came to my attention on a warm summer day when the throat was covered with nectar and sooty mold.  A cross involving minor and oreophila it has a nice habit of sending up a multitude of creamy white white flowers at the same time the pitchers erupt.  It is a very vigorous and clumpy plant.
